ok, it wasn't boracay but...

... it was fun nonetheless! Over one weekend we ferried over to Bintan, arming ourselves with necessities: two-pieces, sunblock, sun tan lotions, cameras, chips, nuts, chocolates, a deck of playing cards, and a bottle of Absolut Pear (courtesy of Duty Free, only sgd26!). The beach wasn't as happenin' as Boracay's but they scheduled a beach party Saturday night, in effort to liven up the place. We didn't get to go though -- we were all tipsy after finishing off the bottle of Absolut in our villa. It was a yummy sneaky drink when mixed with Sprite... The next day, we decided to visit the elephant park, and sunbathe some more. It was a very tiring, but well worth weekend getaway. :)
