My drink wasn't that cold but place sure is. Eskibar,at Circular Road, near Boat Quay. The place was divided into two sections, the "Freezer" where temperature is sub zero, and the "Igloo chiller" room where temperature is that of a very cold air-conditioned room. Even though we stayed at the more humane section, I had to borrow a (hot pink!)winter jacket to keep me comfy.
