My all-time favorite iced tea from Chocolate Kiss (UP Bahay ng Alumni)! Mainly because they serve the honey on the side, so I get to liberally mix the honey myself with the iced tea. Yum.
Chocolate Kiss (CK) itself looks pretty much the same -- same ambiance, same menu, same waiters (well, some of them anyway). Although they were fortunate enough to expand out to the back and down at the ground floor. I was able to visit it again with a friend just recently and we couldn't help reminisce the memories we have associated with place. It was on our third year in college we first started eating at CK, which we only did for special occassions since it was expensive then for our meager allowances. When we started working, the menu became more affordable, but of course work took us to places far from UP and we'd only get to eat at CK every one in a while.
Soon, I'd be off to an even farther place. I wonder if Chocolate Kiss would still be the same when I get back. Change for the better would always be nice but I hope they'd keep my favorite iced tea on the menu.
